The Real-World Trade-off
Here is the thing: more power means faster curing, which means you can push more jobs through the door. But there’s a catch. High-output lamps put off a lot of infrared heat. If your conveyor is crawling or your fans are choked with dust, you’re going to warp your material. You might even scorch it. That’s why you have to play with your line speed.
