Power, voltage, and size: designed to fit your reality
Here’s the thing about print lines: space is never generous. So we kept the lamp compact—about 300mm long. That means you can slip it into tight spots and retrofit it without tearing the whole line apart. Under the hood, it runs at 2500W. That kind of output gives you the UV intensity needed to knock out microbes fast, even when substrates are moving. Voltage is set at 400V. Why does that matter? Higher voltage means lower current for the same power, which eases stress on wiring and contacts and helps the arc stay steady. But yes, there’s a trade-off. Your electrical setup and controls need to be rated for 400V, and you’ve got to manage heat properly so the lamp jacket stays in a good temperature range.
Built tough: quartz, coating, and a connection that stays put
The heart of the lamp is a quartz envelope. It’s chosen because it transmits UV well and can handle heat without flinching. Inside, a halogen cycle design keeps output stable over long runs and resists the blackening that can rob performance over time. Then we added a specialized coating that shapes the output spectrum and shields the quartz from abrasion and chemicals—especially important when the air is humid or full of solvents. And the connector? It’s R7s—bi-pin, high-temperature, and quick to lock in. It stays solid even with vibration, so swapping a lamp doesn’t turn into a full-day project.
